About Me

My passion to work with international students is the culmination of years of life experience, advanced education and professional development. To Teach is leadership at its core. Leadership teaches others to examine their core values as they learn about others. Leadership is  asking, listening, understanding. As an academic consultant and educator I must help students develop realistic goals and strive to be the best in their chosen endeavors. The way I accomplish success is to make sure I understand the relevant questions, listen to the concerns of students and families then work to bring about success.

My previous work experience includes teaching business English to corporate clients, an area representative with ASSE, which is a high school J-Visa student exchange program, university lecturer, high school literature teacher and freelance writer and editor.
